GOOD NEWS AND BAD NEWS!

 

The bad news is…

After 24 years of business Qualitex is closing its doors. The President, Al Solomom has decided to retire. Unfortunately, this leaves a big gap for new customer requests, service items, and warranty issues.

 

And the good news…

Elite Home Energy is here to fill the gap. Elite will be servicing the Qualitex customers in new products (see Product List below), service items, and warranty claims.

 

Disclaimer

Unfortunately Qualitex had not maintained the quality control that is required to build good clean jobs designed to last a lifetime. The products they sold were in fact good lifetime products however; those quality products require a quality installation to achieve the longevity desired.

 

In no way does Elite Home Energy assume any liability for any of the Qualitex jobs. Qualitex was a separate company and considered a competitor to Elite. Elite will be providing the Qualitex customers with new Home Improvement products, service items, and warranty claims. Elite is a reputable company that has been in business since 1992 (see below) and intends on servicing all of the Qualitex customers as their own.
